Hello everyone! Time to reveal our Upcycle Friday Challenge#2! Look up in the sky! Is it a bird? A plane? No! It’s: the Paper Plate Spacecraft!

Have you ever thought that such paper plates and cups that are just getting dusted over at your cupboard can be such a creation and work of art?! It’s more of a mini science project for me! We’ll I guess anything that has lights in it I refer to as science!

Actually we tried this at home last weekend and I used some dry ice like what I have watched at TLC -there’s a cake they used as a celebration cake for the Apollo Moon landing, so they mimic a cake with some smoke coming out of the “crater like” cake surface. It was awesome! Matched with some led lights of the space craft it was a nice art piece! (of course, once the ice dries up -the smokey effect will also vanish)

Anyway, if you were not able to get the right answers again -please, please don’t be heart broken. We here at DIYLife.co has just begun stirring up the fun coz we still have loads and loads of surprises for you coming in every week! So stay tune!
